Can fear be a good thing?


The idea that we SHOULD be confident all the time is a story.

So drop it.

Instead, build a healthy relationship with fear.

Because fear can be a good thing.

It is a sign that we are growing as a person. It is a sign we are trying something new.

We are here to grow. We are here to learn. Often, fear comes with that.

And that’s OK.


In the words of Deepak Chopra:
“Step into the unknown and you will step into the field of all possibilities”

The unknown (or ‘the new’) is where we grow. It is where we challenge ourselves. It is where we become more confident.

So I would like to ask you to do something new today.

This is why I have started MTG’s Confidence Challenges.
