“I want you to believe in your self… you are worth it”
My dear readers,
Here is part 2 of last week’s ‘You can handle it’ video.
A few months ago, a friend and I were drinking tea and talking about the difficult things that were in our lives. Later that day she sent me a message. In the message, she talked about a method that she used when she felt scared of something.
This is my version of that method.
I have found it so helpful. Sometimes I look back and laugh about what I was scared of (yes, that is possible).
Now I want to share it with you.
I am not confident all the time. Methods like this that help me… and I want to help you too.
