When you feel VERY unconfident

‘Because when you do something that you are good at and you love it, it makes the next thing so much easier’

I have to say… this is my favourite video so far…

I made this video when I was feeling very unconfident and I wanted to share my ideas with you.

I know it’s difficult to stay confident sometimes but you can do it. We can ALL do it.

Peace, V.

Watch your confidence grow

Confidence is a journey. You start very small and then, step-by-step, you get bigger and bigger.

So where do you feel confident?

…And what is the next step for you?

What is confidence?

“Real confidence is when you are 100% OK with who you are”

What is confidence?

What does confidence look like?

How do you speak?

How do you feel?

Good questions… here is what I think…

You can handle it – part 2!

“I want you to believe in your self… you are worth it”

My dear readers,

Here is part 2 of last week’s ‘You can handle it’ video.

A few months ago, a friend and I were drinking tea and talking about the difficult things that were in our lives. Later that day she sent me a message. In the message, she talked about a method that she used when she felt scared of something.

This is my version of that method.

I have found it so helpful. Sometimes I look back and laugh about what I was scared of (yes, that is possible).

Now I want to share it with you.

I am not confident all the time. Methods like this that help me… and I want to help you too.

Ps I’d love to hear from you. What do you do to help you feel confident? Do you find this method helpful? Why/why not?

You can handle it!

“You can do so much more than you think you can”

This video is longer than normal but I promise it’s worth it!

I am slowly learning how to use videos. I am slowly learning to look at the camera when I’m speaking. I am slowly learning that it’s OK if I’m a bit nervous at the beginning.

To be honest: I almost didn’t make a video today. I felt tired and a bit stressed. I felt that I couldn’t do it.

…But then I remembered the lesson I wanted to share with you and I knew I had to do it anyway.

Watch and you will understand why!

Enjoy 🙂

Confidence through practice

I know. It’s not perfect.

There is a strange noise in the background, there is no editing and the thumbnail looks a bit stupid… but that’s OK.

I’m going to practice, and I’ll get better (and more confident) with practice.

Any tips or suggestions are welcome. I’m sure I can learn a lot from you.

And, of course, any questions are welcome too.

Until then, enjoy!
