You don’t need to prove yourself

A meditation

Here is a short meditation for you.

You don’t need to be ‘spiritual’ to do meditation. I find it helps my confidence a lot because…

  1. … it slows my thoughts down
  2. … it is a way of being kind to myself

Both of these things help me to feel good. And when I feel good, I feel a lot more confident.

So why not do it with me and see how you feel afterwards?

When you want to give up

 

It’s OK if you want to give up sometimes. It happens.
