I made this video when I was feeling very unconfident and I wanted to share my ideas with you.

I know it’s difficult to stay confident sometimes but you can do it. We can ALL do it.

A meditation

Here is a short meditation for you.

You don’t need to be ‘spiritual’ to do meditation. I find it helps my confidence a lot because…

  1. … it slows my thoughts down
  2. … it is a way of being kind to myself

Both of these things help me to feel good. And when I feel good, I feel a lot more confident.

So why not do it with me and see how you feel afterwards?
